摘要
介绍了CN-14型预转化催化剂在巴陵石化公司制氢装置中的工业应用。该公司的石脑油制氢装置采用使用CN-14预转化催化剂的预转化技术后,优化了转化炉的工况,解决了转化炉的积炭问题,大大延长转化催化剂的寿命,从根本上解决了制氢装置的可靠性问题。预转化技术为当前各大制氢、合成氨装置以及城市煤气的节能降耗、扩能改造及改善工艺操作状况提供了一条切实可行的途径。
