摘要
通过对当前房地产市场现状的研究以及住房消费动态的分析 ,从多方面对住宅建筑设计方法提出一些新思路、新观念 。
Based upon analysis on the current situations of real property market and housing consumption trend some new thoughts and ideas are proposed for architecture design. Meanwhile, according to the issue that how to grasp the developmental direction in modern architecture design some viewpoints are put forward.
