从理论的角度分析了现行设计秒流量公式和最大小时平均秒流量公式 ,针对在居住小区设计流量计算中存在的不足 。

Theoretical analysis is made for current formulas of flow rate per second and maximum average flow rate. And according to disadvantages in design flow rate calculations of residential quarters some concrete solutions and calculation process are proposed.
