In this paper the strengthening mechanism of the method combined with dynamic consolidation and vacuum drainage is briefly analyzed. at the same time concrete construction method and technical process are elaborated. Practical construction acquired good strengthening effect verified the practicability of this method in soft soil foundation treatment with hydraulic fill sand.
