介绍了能源需求侧管理的概念和电力需求侧管理的基本手段 ,阐述了集中供热需求侧管理的必要性 。
Based upon introduction of the conception of energy demand side management and the essential means of power demand side management the necessity of demand side management of central heat supply is elaborated; at the same time some proposals are proposed.
