摘要
介绍了项目经理的责任 ,阐明了挑选项目经理的原则及其具体选聘程序 ,提出了在招聘过程中的一些误区 。
The responsibility of project managers is introduced. And based upon introduction of the principle of project manager's employment and concrete process some misunderstandings on project manager's employment are proposed. Author emphasized that project manager must be experienced and with profound knowledge.
