优秀的企业文化能使企业主动适应变幻的环境 ,促使企业在众多同行中长兴不衰 ,永立不败之地 ,就企业文化的概念及其形成机制进行阐述 。
preeminent enterprise culture can make enterprises actively to adapt complex circumstance to survive and achieve success in fierce competition. In this paper based on exposition of the conception and forming mechanism of enterprise culture the extraordinary cultural characteristics of superintendence enterprises are proposed.
