摘要
分析了当前建筑行业中存在的若干问题 ,结合日本土木建筑工程的先进经验 ,介绍社会化分工在建筑业中的作用。指出随着竞争机制的健全 。
The issues existed in building industry at present are analyzed. and combined with Japanese advanced experiences in civil engineering the functions of social division in building industry are introduced. Author points out that with the development of competition mechanism the social division will be more and more detailed.
