The role of quality in construction supervision

质量是企业的生命之本 ,介绍了施工中各环节质量控制的根本措施 ,指出施工阶段的质量控制是工程项目质量控制的重点 。

Quality is the vital resources of enterprises. In this paper the quality control measures in each construction step are introduced. Author proposed that the quality control in construction phase is not only the major quality management of project but also the main contents of construction supervision.
