摘要
通过对索赔概念、索赔内容、索赔管理的任务原则的论述 ,说明施工过程中的索赔及管理是非常重要的 ,指出做好施工索赔及管理是实现投资目标。
Based upon discussions of conception, content and management of claim the importance of the claim and management in building engineering construction is mentioned. Author emphasized that the construction claim and management is the major measure to ensure the investment, scheduling and quality objectives.
