Pneumatic retinopexy with postoperative Laser photocoagulation for the treatment of failure of retinal detachment surgery

目的 探讨充气性视网膜固定术联合术后激光光凝治疗视网膜脱离手术失败的价值。方法 对 7例视网膜脱离手术失败后施行充气性视网膜固定术联合激光光凝的病例进行回顾性研究 ,观察其治疗效果和并发症。结果 5例经 1— 2次充气性视网膜固定术联合激光光凝后视网膜复位 ,另 2例后改行玻璃体切除术获得视网膜复位。

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of pneumatic retinopexy with postoperative laser photocoagulation as treatment for failure of retinal detachment surgery.Methods 7patients Of failed retinal detachment surgery were treated with pneumatic retinopexy with postoperative laser photocoagulation.They were followed at least 2 monthes.Results Retinal reattachment was obtained in 71.4%after one Or more lpneumatic retinopexy.Conclusions Laser pneumatic retinopexy is an effective alternative to revision surgical operations in selected cases of failed retinal detachment surgery.
