摘要
分析12 00-2016PR超加厚光胎面(L 5S)工程机械轮胎存在的成型卸胎坯困难、硫化后成品一次检验外观合格率低及充气外直径偏小等问题的产生原因,通过采取改用Φ690mm全折叠式成型机头、增大胎面下层宽度、减小帘线假定伸张值和胎冠帘线角度及增加排气线与排气孔等措施,轮胎成品外缘尺寸达到设计要求,外观一次合格率由不足60%提高至90%以上,且生产效率提高。
The causes for difficult removing of green tire after building,lower acceptance rate in appearance inspection of finished tire after vulcanization and smaller overall diameter of inflated tire were analysed.The overall diameter of finished tire met the design standard,the acceptance rate in appearance inspection increased from 60% to 90%,and the productivity also increased by taking the following measures:use Φ 690 mm whole collapsible drum,increase the width of base tread,decrease the presumed cord tension and the cord angle at crown,and increase the number of escape hole and escapeline.
