胶印油墨着色力测试方法研究

油墨的着色力与印品的质量好坏和成本高低有着密切的关系,对印刷企业来说,油墨着色力是非常重要的测试项目。本研究采用现行国家标准测试方法——目视比较法与实验室测试使用的密度比较法和墨量比较法3种方法,分别对3种不同品牌的4色油墨进行了着色力测试比较。结果表明,可将密度测量法引入油墨着色力检验测试中,同时,墨量比较法也可作为实验室测量油墨着色力的一种方法。油墨的着色力越高,相应印刷用墨量就越少。本研究对油墨使用量大的印刷企业提高印品质量和降低油墨成本有重要参考意义。

Color strength has close relationship with print quality and the consumption of ink.Color strength is probably the most important test for a printing enterprise.In this study,the visual comparison method which is used in national standard,the density measurement method and the ink volume comparison method were tested and compared.It showed that the density measurement method can be used in the normal ink color strength test to get exact data and more objective result.The ink volume comparison method can be laboratory method for ink color strength test.In general,the more pigment,the greater the ink strength and the thinner the ink film that can be run.This study should be financially significant for large-volume printing enterprises.
