现代印刷工程专业技术领域人才需求转变探讨

Analysis on Changes of Talent Demands in Modern Printing Engineering Technology Field

随着信息技术的迅速发展与应用,现代印刷工业面临着数字化、网络化带来的技术转型与升级要求,传统印刷行业技术转型以及相关新兴产业对印刷工程高层次人才的需求不断扩大。为构建适应现代印刷工业技术领域的人才培养模式,必须全面认识现代印刷行业对人才需求的转变。本研究首先阐述现代印刷工程专业的内涵,主要从两方面分析现代印刷工程专业技术领域对人才的需求转变与趋势,最后对数字全媒体背景下印刷工程专业人才培养模式的转变进行了探讨。

With the rapid development and application of information technology,the printing industry is facing a digitized and networked technology revolution.The demand of printing and related industries for high level talent is increasing.In order to establish personnel training mode adapted to the modern printing technology,the first premise is to fully understand the modern printing industry demand change for talents.In this study,the connotation of modern printing engineering major was expounded at first,then the talent demand changes of modern printing engineering were analyzed from two aspects.Finally,talents traimng mode changes of printing engineering major were discussed in the digital media era.
