Research on Environmental Safety Regulations Related to UV Curing Printing Inks

近年来,紫外光(UV)固化油墨在印刷领域,获得了持续稳定的发展与应用。随之而来的是对于UV油墨在环保安全性方面的考量。不同的行业对UV固化油墨相关环保要求不同,相关规范种类繁多,导致对全面了解不同行业的环保安全规范标准和最新更新内容,缺乏指导性文献。本研究综述了UV固化油墨应用过程中面对不同行业的规范要求,并对UV油墨的研发方向和发展趋势进行了讨论。

In recent years,Ultraviolet(UV) curable ink printing obtained the sustained and stable development and application in many printing areas.Accordingly the environmental safety concerns about UV ink application were different due to the industry differences,and the specifications were different in the different areas.The relative practitioners were lack of guidance documents to have a comprehensive understanding of environmental safety norms and standards in different industries of the latest updates.In this study,the points and the difficulties were refined facing different regulatory requirements in application process of UV ink and the coping strategies and the considerations in development & research of UV ink were discussed.
