摘要
石头纸是一种可替代传统纸张、薄膜、部分片材等的新型环保材料。本研究以瓷土、沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)为颜料,聚乙烯醇(PVA)、羧基丁苯胶乳为胶黏剂,在颜胶比为100:45的前提下,系统研究了瓷土与PCC复配对石头纸胶印印刷适性的影响。研究得出,当颜料为瓷土60份、PCC 40份,胶黏剂为PVA-1788 25份、羧基丁苯胶乳为20份时,在IGT印刷压力为400N时,涂布压光的石头纸相比石头纸原纸白度提高了2.1%,光泽度提高了13.6%,平滑度提高了606.7%,色密度提高了21.7%。
The rich mineral paper is a kind of novel environmental material instead of paper,film and some sheet.In this paper,taking porcelain clay,calcium carbonate(PCC) as pigment,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),carboxyl styrene butadiene latex as adhesive,under the premise of pigment in the glue ratio of 100:45,the effect of clay mixed with PCC on the offset printability of rich mineral paper was researched.It was concluded that,when the pigment as clay 60 parts,PCC 40 parts,adhesive as PVA-1788 25 parts,carboxylated styrene butadiene latex 20 parts,and the IGT printing pressure is 400 N,the calendering coated rich mineral paper compared with base paper,brightness increased by 2.1%,glossiness raised by 13.6%,smoothness was improved by 606.7%,color density increased by 21.7%.
