摘要
研究了单一淀粉助剂、淀粉与其他助剂复合使用、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺等合成助剂对包装用纸强度性能的影响。结果表明:淀粉单独使用时,阳离子淀粉对环压强度和裂断长的增强效果最好,但糊化后的原淀粉也有一定的增强效果。就本文几种增强剂比较而言,对纸页环压强度和裂断长提高最为有效的是阳离子PAM,其余依次为阳离子淀粉、两性淀粉。
The strength of packaging paper made from OCC was improved by using the additives such as starch and cationic polyacrylamide. The results showed that the strengthening effect of cationic starch is the best compared with the other agents in ring crush strength mid tensile strength when it is, used alone. As to other strengthening agents discussed, the order of strengthening effect from good to bad is: cationic polyacrylamide>cationic starch>amphoteric starch.
