今天,制浆造纸面临的重要问题是如何使计划与生产过程复杂、动态的环境相协调-实现管控一体化。协调生产管理系统(CPM)可以通过改进生产计划和管理来降低成本,通过改善对客户的服务来增加收入,提高利润,提高股东的利益。
The most critical problem in paper making today is the reconciliation of planning with the complex,dynamic world of paper production-making the connection between enterprise systems and the real world of the mill floor.CPM decreases costs through better production scheduling and management,and increases revenues through improved customer service and product quality,to increase profits and enhance shareholder value.
