现场总线在纸厂复卷机纵切刀控制中的应用

Application of Field Bus in the Slitter Equipment of the Winder

传统的复卷机工艺中,一般都是通过手工定位的方法来操作纵切刀。本文通过引入现场总线,将控制纵切刀的驱动装置、检测系统、控制单元以INTERBUS的总线形式连在一起,可以对纵切装置进行快速而准确的定位,最终提高了复卷机的工作效率。

Traditionally the slitter is normally positioned manually in rewinding. By using the field bus therefore quick and accurate positioning of the slitter can be realized the drive equipment, the detector and control unit of the slitter are connected with the INTERBUS. This new system will finally increase the efficiency of the rewinder.
