摘要
本文从我国新一轮基础教育课程改革这一实际背景出发,阐述了基础教育课程改革对教师教育所提出的挑战,提出了以师范院校为主体的,吸引其他非师范院校积极参与的,以体现教师专业化建设为核心内容的,将培养和培训课程整合沟通、终身开放的教师教育模式,并根据我国当前教师的培养和培训这两类不同情况,又分别提出了各自的子模式。
According to the new campaign of reforming lessons in basic education, this thesis analyzes the demands of the reformation to teachers training,and presents a life long and open model of teachers training, which, organized by teachers college and universities and cooperated by other colleges and universities, is mainly aiming at specializing teaching staff as well as coordinating both cultivating and training courses. Besides,the thesis figures out the corresponding sub - model to the two different condition,i. e.cultivating and training. .
