罗辀重“素养教育”的思想与实践

On the Thoughts and Practice of LUO Zhou-zhong's Education of Culturing

20世纪前期,有“教育之神”誉称的罗重埋首湖南乡村,数十年如一日,坚持基础教育的综合改革,实施“群、德、体、智、美”五育并重的“素养教育”,在一个局部范围内成功地实现了近现代“教育的革命”。他的“素养教育”的思想和实践,至今鲜为人知。研究、宣传、推广他的素养教育,对当今我国的素质教育和世界教育的改革,意义重大而深远。

In the early20th century,Luo Zhouzhong,with the fame of'God of Teaching',in his scores of years of teaching in countryside,persisted on the comprehensive reform of primary education and practiced'education of quality',which includes cultivating the capabilities of co-operation,moral character,physical practice,intelligence,and aesthetic attainment.He succeeded in a certain field,yet the thoughts and practices of his education of quality are still unknown to many people.To research,introduce and popularize his ideas of education of quality will be meaningful and instructive for the re-formation of education both at home and abroad.
