摘要
女大学生就业难的问题由来已久,近几年日益突出。造成这个问题的原因有:(1)女性会因生育、照顾家庭等占用工作时间,因此单位不愿意要女大学生;(2)高校在女生的教育上有缺陷;(3)部分女生的择业期望值高。我们可以从加强女生能力培养、增加女生教育投入、加强对女生就业工作的指导等几方面来解决女大学生就业难的问题。
The problem of harsh employment of female college students came into being long time ago and has becomes more serious recent years.This situation was caused by the following reasons:(1)employers would not take female students in fear of the time wasting of maternity and family caring;(2)there are drawbacks in the cultivation of female students in colleges and universities;(3)some female students hold high expectation for job.The problem can be solved by improving the female students' a-bilities,by increasing the budget on education for them,and by enhancing instructive guidance for them.
