随着我国社会、经济的发展,我国旅游业在世界旅游业中的地位不断提高,旅游人才建设日益提到重要的战略地位。我们必须充分认识人才培养的重要性,增强人才建设的责任感和紧迫感。因而,应大力发展旅游教育,提高旅游队伍的素质,以人才支撑旅游业快速、健康地向前发展。

Since tourism in China develops quickly and plays a larger part in social development,the build of human resource becomes a strategic issue.Therefore in order to help tourism in China forward and create a great power in tourism,the great significance of human resource and the establishment of highly qualified human resource should be emphasized.
