On Social Moralities in China

社会公德在公民道德体系中处于基础而重要的地位。然而,社会公德的建设也有其难点和特殊性,尤其在社会主义初级阶段的中国。我们必须利用社会公德制度化和宣传教育的手段,促进社会主义公德的建设。

Social moralities play a critical role in the system of civic virtues.However,there lays great difficulty and particularity in constructing civic virtues,esp.for China in the elementary stage of socialism.It is required that we utilize all the means of institutionalization and popularization to advance the construction of socialistic civic virtues.
