摘要
目的考察δ型吲哚拉新在不同温度和不同pH值磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的溶解度,并与α晶型进行比较。方法通过溶解度的测定计算溶解焓ΔH,推测药物的稳定性。结果在pH 6.8时,α型和δ型吲哚拉新的溶解焓分别为105 J·mol-1和16.6 J·mol-1。结论溶解焓小的δ型溶解度大,晶型的稳定性差。
Objective Solubility of δ-type crystalline form of indolacin in phosphate buffer solution with various pH were determined at various temperatures,compared with that of α-type crystalline form.Method The enthalpy of solution of indolacin was calculated by determining solubility to predict its stability. Results The enthalpy of solution α-type and δ-type crystalline form were 105 J·mol-1and 16.6J·mol-1,respectively in buffer solution with pH 6.8. Conclusion Indolacin in δ-type crystalline form with small molar enthalpy of solution has high solubility and poor stability.
