摘要 目的对司他夫定在不同溶液中的稳定性进行考察。方法在司他夫定的最大吸收波长处,采用紫外分光光度法分别测定了不同pH值的司他夫定溶液在36 h内不同时间的吸光度。结果司他夫定在不同pH值溶液中的稳定性不同。结论在12h内,司他夫定在pH7.4、pH6.8、pH 1.0的水溶液中基本稳定。符合在12 h内司他夫定在pH 7.4、pH 6.8、pH 1.0水溶液中溶出的体外分析方法要求。 Objective To study the stability of stavudine in different pH solutions. Method UV method was established by scanning stavudine aqueous solution in 200~400 nm; To detect the absorbance of stavudine in different pH solutions in 36 h. Results The stability of stavudine is different in different pH solutions. Conclusions The stabilities of stavudine in pH 7.4, pH 6.8, pH 1.0 solutions are good in 12 h.Establishment of the analytical method for stavudine in pH 7.4, pH 6.8, pH 1.0 solutions is the foundation of investigation in vitro about stavudine in the future.
