苦参素渗透泵控释片的制备及释药影响因素考察

Sduty on preparation and influencing factors of drug release in vitro of marine osmotic pump controlled-release tablets

目的研究苦参素口服渗透泵控释片的制备工艺及体外释药的影响因素。方法对制剂中的各个单因素进行考察,并在此基础上利用正交设计优化处方,根据不同时间累积释放度考察药物的释放情况。结果制备了苦参素口服渗透泵控释片,体外释药速度缓慢、平稳。结论本制剂遵从以渗透压差为释药动力的释药模式,10 h内呈现良好的零级释放特征。

Objective To prepare marine osmotic pump controlled- release tablets and investigate the influencing factors of drug release in vitro.Methods On the base of the study of single factor,the optimized formulation was obtained through the orthogonal experiments.Results The marine osmotic pump-controlled release tablets were prepared,the drug release with a slow and stable rate.Conclusions The drug release of marine osmotic-pump controlled release tablets is stable during first 10 h,with obvious characteristic of zero-order release.
