HPLC法测定尼莫地平自乳化软胶囊的含量

Determination of nimodipine self-emulsifying drug delivery system soft capsules by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定尼莫地平自乳化软胶囊中尼莫地平的含量。方法采用C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈–0.05mol·L-1NH4Ac(体积比为65:35),检测波长为360 nm。结果尼莫地平质量浓度在4.28~32.10 mg·L-1内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6)。平均回收率为99.7%(RSD=0.87%)。结论该方法可用于尼莫地平自乳化软胶囊中尼莫地平的含量测定。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of nimodipine in nimodipine self-emulsifying drug delivery system(NMSEDDS). Methods A C18column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05mmol.L-1ammonium acetate(V∶V=65:35) at the detection wavelength of 360nm.Results The calibration curves of nimodipine were linear in the concentration range of 4.28–32.10 mg.L-1(r=0.999 6). The average recoveries were 99.7%(RSD=0.87%). Conclusion This method can be used for the determination of nimodipine in NMSEDDS.
