摘要
从体内和体外两个方面综述国内外文献中关于肺部给药的研究方法,探究其作用原理,并报道相关应用实例。概括出的体外方法主要包括沉积行为的局部模型、整体模型和数学模拟3大类,前两类是实物模型,这两种模型能够比较直观的再现粒子在体内的沉积行为,而数学模型是从统计学的角度对沉积数据进行计算,来描述粒子的沉降行为;体内方法分为气管内滴注、经口腔或气管给药及吸入室3种形式。期望为肺部给药制剂的研究提供参考。
Investigation methods of pulmonary drug administration in home and overseas were reviewed according to in vitro and in vivo approaches. The mechanisms and examples of these methods were also given. There were three kinds of models for in vitro methods, which were regional, total and mathematical models. The former two species were practical models which could simulate the behaviors of the inhaled particles factually, while mathematical model could predict the results statistically. Three main means were used for in vitro investigation. Preparations could be dropped in trachea, inhaled through mouth or trachea,or dispersed and then inhaled in 'inhalation chambers'.
