摘要
目的对离子交换树脂及其于药物制剂中的应用进行综述。方法查阅近10年来国内外有关离子交换树脂于药物制剂中应用的文献,并对其中的21篇进行规纳整理。结果离子交换树脂在药物制剂中应用广泛,最重要是应用于口服液体缓控释给药系统。结论离子交换树脂在药物制剂领域倍受关注,为新型给药系统的研制提供了新的思路与方法。
Objective To review the ion exchange resin and its application in the pharmaceutical preparation.Methods To consult the literature of the application of ion exchange in the pharmaceutical application.Results The ion exchange resin was widely application in the pharmaceutical preparation,especially for the oral liquid sustained-release drug delivery system.Conclusions The ion exchange resin offer the new consider and method for the new drug delivery system.
