自制伊曲康唑凝胶剂的药效学研究

The pharmaco-dynamics of self-made itraconazole gels

目的对自制伊曲康唑凝胶剂进行初步药效学考察。方法在含药量相同的条件下,比较市售酮康唑软膏与自制凝胶剂对真菌的抑菌效果。结果自制凝胶剂的抑菌圈均大于市售酮康唑软膏,而空白凝胶凝及溶剂均无抑菌作用。结论自制的伊曲康唑凝胶剂具有较好的抑菌效果。

Objective To study on the preliminary pharmaco-dynamics of self-made itraconazole gels.Methods Comparing the anti-fungal activity of the itraconazole gel and the available ketoconazole ointments in the market by the inhibitory test in the different mass concentrations.Results The fungi stasis circle of the itraconazole gels was wider than the ketoconazole ointments,while reference gels and the solution had no fungistasis circle.Conclusion It was demonstrated that the itraconazole gels had excellent anti-fungal activity in experiments.
