摘要
差示扫描量热法(differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)能够提供物质的物理性质和热能性质等信息,其具有样品用量少、分析速度快、温控范围大、制样简单等优点,作为热分析技术在药剂学领域已被使用多年。本文作者综述了近几年来DSC技术在药剂学中的新应用,并介绍了该技术在药剂研究中的最新进展。
Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) is widely used in pharmaceutics as a thermal analysis technique for many years; it can provide detailed information about both physical and energetic properties of a chemical substance with the advantages of less sample consumption, fast analysis, broad temperature range, simple sample preparation, and convenient operation. This review is intended to provide an overview of latest applications and advances of DSC in the field of pharmaceutics.
