摘要
补偿收缩混凝土依靠膨胀剂水化反应建立的预压应力,抵抗干缩应力与温度应力,从而提高结构抗裂防渗性能。本文介绍了补偿收缩混凝土在北京小瓦窑军队退休干部住房工程中的应用情况。以强度和限制膨胀率为目标,优化混凝土配合比。通过制定合理浇筑计划,控制混凝土入模坍落度和新旧混凝土接茬时间,预防施工冷缝,注重振捣,加强养护,有效保证了地下车库的防水质量。
Compressive prestress generated by expansive agent hydration can obviously counteract shrinkage stress and temperature stress. Thus, shrinkage-compensating concrete will provide significant improvement in crack resistance and anti-seepage performance for waterproof structure. This paper introduces the application of shrinkage-compensating concrete in Beijing xiaowayao military retired cadres housing project. Given strength and limited expansion ratio as objective, the concrete mix is optimized. Slump and jointing time of concrete is controlled. A reasonable concreting program is also made to prevent construction cold joints. Intensify the movement of vibrator and Strengthen maintenance of poured concrete. The above measures effectively ensure the quality of the underground garage waterproofing.
