A new method to deal with waterproof wall horizontal construction joint in underground project

摘要 本文介绍了一种新型地下工程防水外墙水平施工缝作法,它解决了长期困扰地下工程混凝土施工中底板与外墙交接阴角处易渗漏的难题。该作法是在基础底板或楼板的顶部水平面上留设水平施工缝,水平施工缝中间位置固定遇水膨胀橡胶止水条,并在水平施工缝迎水面处涂刷聚合物水泥防水砂浆。该作法技术可靠、施工快捷方便,可显著降低地下建筑外墙水平缝的施工成本。 A new-typed horizontal construction joint of underground engineering waterproof exterior wall is introduced in this paper. It solves the seepage problem of inner corner between foundation bedplates and walls. The horizontal construction joint is set on foundation bedplates or floors. Then, the water-swelling rubber water-stop strip is fixed in the middle of horizontal construction joint. And polymer modified cement mortar for waterproof is also painted on the positive side of construction joint. This construction method has a series of merits such as the reliable technology measures, faster construction speed, the lower engineering cost and so on.
