摘要
正在建设的某重点供水工程设计使用寿命100年,采用高抗渗和高抗冻的耐久性混凝土。混凝土中掺加了CSA抗裂防水剂。为确定大体积混凝土中CSA抗裂防水剂、粉煤灰和化学外加剂的掺量,控制大体积混凝土的温度应力,采用微量热仪对不同组成的胶凝材料体系的水化放热速率进行了研究。并结合混凝土热胀冷缩特性探讨了补偿收缩混凝土补偿收缩的作用。
Service lifedesign of a key water supply engineering was 100 years which used high permeability and high frost resistance durability concrete mixed with the CSA crack-resistance waterproofing agent.In order todetermine the mixing amount of CSA crack-resistance waterproofing agent,fly ash and chemical additive in the mass concrete,and controll the temperature stress of the mass concrete,hydration heat release rate of different composed gelled material system were studiedwith micro thermal meter.Shrinkage- compensating concrete is discussed combined with the heat expansion and cold shrink characteristics of concrete.
