摘要
激光粒度分析仪作为一种较新的粒度分析仪器,在粉体粒径分析研究中有着非常重要的作用。本课题组研究发现,激光粒度仪在研究大颗粒样品时也有其分析测试缺陷。本文针对膨胀剂的粒径分析,对比研究了激光粒度法及显微镜法的分析测试差异,初步确定了适合不同粒径段的分析方法,以期能准确有效地对膨胀剂颗粒粒径进行分析测试。
Particle size laser analyzer has a very important role in the study of powder particle size analysis as a relatively new granularity analysis instruments.Our study found that laser analyzer had its defect during analyzing the large granular sample.In order to accurately and eSectively carried on particle size analysis test of expansive agent,we studied the difference between the laser particle size analysis method and microscope method based on particle size analysis of expansive agent,preliminarily determined the suitable analysis method for different size section.
