摘要
本文介绍了膨胀混凝土灌注桩和灌注桩膨胀剂的发展过程。研究了一种新型灌注桩混凝土膨胀剂HCSA-P,并对其性能进行了较为系统的试验研究,在工程中使用了这种膨胀剂。工程效果表明,夯扩桩采用膨胀混凝土技术,承载力达到了夯扩后注浆桩的水平,但是施工工艺大幅度简化,成本显著降低;摩擦桩采用膨胀混凝土技术,同级别荷载下,沉降量仅为普通混凝土桩的36%~44%。
This paper introduces the development process of expansive concrete piles and expansive agent using in concrete cast-in-place piles. A new type of pile concrete expansion agent HCSA-P was studied, systematic experimental study on its performance was done and this kind of expansion agent was used in engineering. Engineering results showed that bearing capacity of driving pile using expansive concrete technology had reached the compaction of the levels of post grouting pile, construction process was simple and cost became lower; The settlement amount of friction pile using expansive concrete technology is only 36% ~ 44% of ordinary concrete pile with the same level load.
