摘要
地下工程刚性防水和柔性防水是相辅相成的关系。结合某地下锅炉房,本文介绍了补偿收缩混凝土结构自防水和JS聚合物水泥防水涂料双防水技术在地下防水工程中应用。选用限制膨胀率0.06%以上的HCSA混凝土膨胀剂,优化混凝土配合比,加强振捣、养护,建立结构自防水第一道防线。加强混凝土基层处理,控制聚合物水泥防水涂料涂刷的间隔时间和质量,从而确保柔性外防水的质量。刚柔结合,取长补短,取得较好的防水效果。
Rigid waterproof and flexible waterproof is a complementary relationship in underground engineering.Combined with the underground boiler plant practical construction, the rigid-flexible combination waterproofing technology of shrinkage-compensating concrete structural self-waterproof and polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating(PMCWC) are briefly introduced. HCSA expansive agent with ≥ 0.06% restrained expansion was selected.Proportion of concrete mix was optimized, vibration and curing were also given great attention. Based on the above measures, the first line of waterproof was established. Besides, strengthen controlling and management of basal plane treatment, PMCWC brushing interval time and quality. Based on rigid-flexible combination and mutual complementarity, good waterproof effect was gained.
