地下工程外墙施工缝及施工缺陷处理方案

摘要 地下工程外墙的施工缝、穿墙螺栓孔、裂缝及蜂窝、孔洞等施工缺陷为薄弱环节,会影响整体防水效果,传统处理工艺繁琐,费工费时。本文介始了一种新的处理方案,先用普通水泥砂浆对外墙表面进行找平处理,再用电砂轮对局部凸起处打毛磨平,保证外墙平整、无浮灰,最后分2次滚刷Ⅰ型JS聚合物防水涂料。工程应用表明,该方案在保证质量前题下,简化工艺,降低成本。 Construction joints, crossing bolt hole, crack, and construction defect such as honeycomb, holes which are weak position will influence integral waterproof effect. Traditional treatment process is tedious, labourconsume?and?timeconsume. A new treatment scheme is present in this paper. To ensure out wall smooth, rough wall surface should be filled with conventional cement mortar first, and then be polished by portable grinder. Brush 2 times type Ⅰ polymer waterproof coasting. Engineering?application?shows that new treatment scheme can simplify the craft, reduce the cost under guaranteed quality.
