摘要
通过正弦式应变计自动采集单元对某地下室空白及掺氧化钙-硫铝酸钙系双膨胀源高性能膨胀剂C60高强混凝土外墙膨胀及收缩性能进行了长期监测,结果表明:在C60高强混凝土中氧化钙-硫铝酸钙系双膨胀源高性能膨胀剂仍能充分发挥膨胀作用,在混凝土早期能够较好地补偿混凝土的早期收缩,后期收缩值也明显小于空白组,长期体积稳定性能好,且掺膨胀剂段外墙开裂情况明显好于空白段,膨胀剂在夏季施工高强混凝土中具有显著地补偿收缩,抑制混凝土开裂的作用。
A new compound expansive agent with two expansive sources of calcium oxide and sulphoaluniinate was used for two sections C60 high strength concrete wall for engineering application experiment.The results of contrast show that two expansive sources expansive agent plays a role of shrinkage compensation and cracking control for C60 high strength concrete in summer construction conditions.The analysis based on data of vibrating wire strain gauges demonstrate that two expansive sources expansive agent can well match the speed of concrete strength increase and eraly concrete shrinkage.and give full play to the role of shrinkage compensation lor concrete.
