摘要
限制膨胀率是膨胀混凝土设计应用的重要参数,本文介绍了一种自对中钢丝式膨胀混凝土限制膨胀率测定仪。该测定仪利用低膨胀合金作为测量钢丝,消除传统测量连杆悬臂下沉影响,左、右支架上测量钢丝与电子千分表自动对中,增加测量精度,消除人为对中误差。它可以全程测量混凝土的限制膨胀率,操作简单,解决了施工现场无法定量测定膨胀混凝土限制膨胀率难题。与计算机相连,还可实现自动记录测量值。
Restrained expansion ratio is an important parameter for expansive concrete design application. A wire type automatic centeringrestrained expansion ratio measuring equipment for expansive concrete is introduced in this paper. Low expansion alloy is selected as the measuring steel wire. The measuring wire disposed on the left and right end of frame and is automatic centering with electronic dial gauge. Thus, the cantilever structure sinkage influence of traditional measuring baris eliminated. The whole restrained expansion ratio of concrete can be recorded. The equipment radically solves the problem of field quantitative measurement of restrained expansion ratio of concrete. The date can be automatically recorded when connected with computer.
