摘要
天津荣欢园地下车库超长超宽,采用补偿收缩混凝土结构自防水+聚合物水泥防水涂料双防水技术。HCSA膨胀剂优化设计混凝土配合比,混凝土限制膨胀率控制在0.015%~0.025%,膨胀加强带优化后浇带。外墙满涂Ⅱ型聚合物水泥防水涂料,厚度控制在0.4mm左右。除个别渗漏点外,整体防水效果较好。
Tianjin Rong Huan garden underground garage is super-long and super-wide structure. The double waterproofing technology of shrinkage compensating concrete structure self-waterproofing & polymer-cement waterproof coating is used in this project. HCSA expansive agent is selected to optimize the mixture ratio of concrete. The is controlled in the range of 0.015%~0.025%. Post-pouring belt is replaced by expansion reinforcing band. Exterior wall is fully coasted with polymer-cement
