摘要
本文以黄帝文化中心项目为例,介绍了FQY补偿收缩混凝土在地下防水工程中的应用情况。通过优化后浇带,采用FQY高性能膨胀剂配制补偿收缩混凝土,实现超长无缝结构施工。并采取混凝土配合比优化、施工技术控制、现场数据监测反馈等技术措施。工程实践表明,FQY补偿收缩混凝土具有良好的抗裂性能,实现地下工程的结构自防水,并且能够减少后浇带的设置,大大缩短工期,节约成本。
The application of FQY high-performance expansive agent in shrinkage-compensating concrete used for underground water-proof project was introduced with an example of the project in the Yellow Emperor Cultural Centre.Super long jointless structure construction can be fulfilled by the use of shrinkage-compensating concrete in which the FQY high-performance expansive agent was mixed and the optimization of post-pouring strips.Many measures were taken such as the optimization of the concrete proportioning design,control technique of the construction and on-site data monitoring.It has been proved by construction practice that anti-cracking ability in shrinkage-compensating concrete mixed with FQY high-performance expansive agent is well.Besides,the self-waterproof of underground architectural structure can be achieved with less post-pouring strips.shorter period of construction and lower cost.
