摘要
本文介绍具有水化热抑制功能的新型膨胀材料HCSA-R在大体积基础筏板施工中的应用,通过合理的配合比设计,掺加HCSA-R及降低水泥用量,取消了原设计的温度后浇带,降低混凝土水化温升,减小温度开裂风险,简化了施工工艺,提高了施工质量,取得了良好的施工结果。
This paper introduces the application of HCSA-R, which is a new type of expansive material with hydration heat suppression function, in the construction of large volume foundation raft. Through reasonable mix design,adding HCSA-R and reducing the amount of cement, reduce the risk of temperature cracking, simplify the construction process, improve the construction quality, and achieved good construction results.
