摘要
德晟祥广场地下室结构超长超宽,收缩变形大易开裂。为保证防水效果,本工程采用补偿收缩混凝土结构自防水+BM聚合物水泥基防水涂料双防水作法。选用HCSA高性能膨胀剂制备限制膨胀率为0.021%~0.032%的补偿收缩混凝土,设置膨胀加强带,取消后浇带,施工过程中重点避免出现施工冷缝,加强振捣。选用Ⅱ型聚合物水泥基防水涂料,交叉涂刷、相互搭接,厚度控制在1.2mm^1.5mm。双防水技术不但保证质量,而且节约工期。
Deshengxiang plaza basement is super-long and super-wide, great shrinkage deformation and easy to crack. To ensure waterproofing quality, the double waterproofing design of shrinkage compensating concrete structure self-waterproofing and BM polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coasting was applied in this project. HCSA high performance expansive agent was selected to prepare shrinkage compensating concrete with 0.021% ~0.032% restrained expansion rate. Post-pouring belt was replaced by expansion reinforcing band. Type Ⅱ polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coasting was used, and coasting thickness was controlled at 1.2 mm ~1.5 mm. Double waterproofing technique not only ensure quality but also shortens the work period.
