摘要
本文从强度和限制膨胀率两个方面研究了沸石粉对掺加氧化镁膨胀剂砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:沸石粉取代部分水泥对胶砂强度无明显影响;沸石粉加入后可以适当提高氧化镁的膨胀性能,同时可以改善基体孔隙结构,初步分析是沸石粉的多孔吸水可以减缓内部湿度降低速率从而提高氧化镁的水化程度。
In this paper,the effect of zeolite on property of MgO was investigated from two aspects: compressive strength and restrained expansive rate. The results showed that:Partly replacing cement with zeolite had no significant effect on compressive strength. Zeolite can increase the expansion property and improve the pore structure. The reason was that the porous structure and absorbent of zeolite slow the decreasing rate down then increase the hydration rate.
