摘要 基于"有效膨胀窗口"模型和混凝土制品早强、脆性大和易开裂特点,研发了一种以C4A3S、Ca SO4和Ca O为主要矿相,以水化产物钙矾石、氢氧化钙为核心抗裂组分,以钙矾石为增强关键组分的制品用化学自应力抗裂增强材料。它具有化学自应力、膨胀能大、限制膨胀率与制品早强相匹配、抗裂、早强和增强等优点,水中7d限制膨胀率0.062%,1d抗压强度比134.6%,28d抗压强度比101.9%。 For the characteristics of early strong, high brittleness and easy to crack of concrete product, crack resistance & reinforcing material(CRRM) was developed which based on "effective expansion window" model., Ca SO4 and Ca O are the main mineral phase. The hydration products ettringite, calcium hydroxide are the core anti-cracking components. Meanwhile, ettringite is the key components of strength enhancing. CRRM has the advantage of chemical selfstress, high expansion, restrained expansion rate matching with early strength, anti-cracking and strength enhancing. The restrained expansion rate of 7 days in water is 0.021%, compressive strength ratio of 1 day and 28 days are 134.6% and101.9% separately.
