st Century is the times of knowledge economy. Creative education must be implemented to adapt to the development of the times. It is not only the inherent requirement of knowledge economy, but also the key point of implementing the strategy to rejuvenate our country by science and education and rather the urgent necessity to increase the comprehensive national power and international competitive abilities. Therefore, the ideas must be replaced, teachers' qualities must be increased, and creative teaching system must be constructed to guarantee the creative education conducting smoothly.
