摘要
高校科技人才现状不容乐观 ,优化高校科技人才培养环境应遵循三个基本原则 :平等竞争激励原则。
The paper first analyses the situation of scientific and technical presonnel in universities, then puts forward three basic principles of environmental project for training scientific and technical personnel: the principle of equa competition and tionl, the principle of group culture, the principle of ability level.
