中国入世后 ,对图书馆信息服务产生新的影响 ,对此图书馆业应转变观念 ,加强对文献信息的组织与管理 ,建立完整的网络信息服务体系 ,提供全方位服务 ,增强继续教育力度以更好的服务于社会。

After joining in WTO, library information service will face to new influence and bring forward corresponding countermeasure for the condition, changing concept, strengthing organization and mangazation, offering all azimuth srevice and enhancing and continuing education to serve the society better.
